Activité Application Form

The form can be downloaded here.

Procedure

To submit a proposal for a research report, a workshop, and/or a poster, the following procedure has to be followed:

Using the HPM 2016-Activity Application Form (above), for each proposal, individuals submit an abstract of no more than 500 words no later than October 31, 2015.

If the Scientific Committee accepts the abstract, the abstract will appear in the Conference Program, and its author will present during the conference the activity described in the abstract.

The authors of accepted abstracts who wish to submit a full paper should do so no later than February 7, 2016. The paper undergoes a process of peer review using the usual international standards. Accepted papers will appear in the Online Proceedings of the 2016 HPM Conference to be available at the beginning of the Conference.

In all other cases, the abstract that has been accepted will also be included in these Proceedings.

Instruction about the format and length of the paper can be found in the “HPM 2016 docx Template for articles-workshops-posters” document [here] and in the "HPM 2016 Proceedings Format Guidelines" [here].

You may also use the "HPM 2016 latex template for articles-workshops-posters" [.zip here] together with a "bib" file such as the example (bibli.bib) and provide all your images such as the example (HPM2016Templateforarticlesworkshopsposters-img001.png), in separate files. The latex template must be compiled using pdflatex twice to obtain the example (HPM-2016-Template-for-articles-workshops-posters.pdf).

We encourage you to use the HPM2016 templates.

Papers must be submitted at the website of the conference directly:

http://hpm2016.sciencesconf.org/user/submissions

In order to access this section of the website, you need to create an account and log in first.

Please, upload the docx file or the pdf file instead of the tex file if you used the latex template (the different files will be required later for the proceedings, after completion of the reviewing process).
